In terms of personal data protection, POLYMIX is subject to the general obligations concerning this website, as well as to the obligations related to its profession.
Preamble
Your personal data is collected, processed and used exclusively in accordance with the legal provisions. Wherever possible, our processes are designed in such a way that data protection requirements are taken into account.

In the context of our customer relations, we process personal data that we have received directly from users and customers via the website.
We store your data which are necessary for the execution of your request for information, or your questions concerning our activities and our products. In this respect, only the information necessary for the execution of your request is requested
Purpose of processing and legal basis
The processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), with the French Data Protection Act and in compliance with the code of ethics of the profession.
Concerning the fulfilment of contractual obligations (art. 6 paragraph 1 b RGPD):
The processing of personal data is carried out in the context of the company’s activity detailed on the website. In the context of balancing interests (Art. 6 para. 1 f GDPR):
If necessary, we process your data beyond the actual execution of your visit to our website, your request for information or your supplier contract, to protect our interests. This includes the monitoring and optimisation of our advisory obligations and the traceability of customer enquiries made via the website, the assertion of legal rights and the defence of legal disputes, the safeguarding of AMP’s IT security and IT operations, the prevention and clarification of offences by order of a public authority and the business management measures offered by AMP.
On the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 a GDPR):
Insofar as we have your consent to the processing of your personal data for particular purposes, and in compliance with the Code of Ethics, the lawfulness of such processing on the basis of your consent is ensured. The consent given may be revoked at any time. The revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing carried out until the revocation.
For legal reasons (Art. 6 para. 1 c GDPR) or in the public interest (Art. 6 para. 1 e GDPR):
This includes, for example, the verification of identity and age, the ability to bind the company making the information request or entering into the contract, etc. Except as described in detail below, no personal data is processed as a matter of principle when using this website, i.e. no data is stored, modified or passed on to third parties.
Contact form
The information collected on this form may be recorded in a file processed by AMP for the purpose of sending information mailings or, if you authorise us, for commercial purposes. The legal basis for the processing is detailed in the personal data protection policy statement.
The data collected will be used and stored in accordance with the GDPR. The personal data will not be passed on to third parties, either for payment or free of charge.
The data will be kept for a maximum of 3 years.
You can access your data, rectify it, request its deletion or exercise your right to limit the processing of your data.

Registration deadlines
POLYMIX processes and stores your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the fulfilment of our contractual and legal obligations. If the data is no longer necessary for the fulfilment of contractual or legal obligations, it will be deleted.
Your rights as a data subject
Every person affected by the processing of personal data has the right to:

However, restrictions (Art. 23 GDPR) apply to the right to information and deletion. In addition, there is a right of appeal to a competent data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
Obligation to provide data
In the context of your request; simple consultation of the site, canvassing, or request for information made on the site, you must provide us with the personal data that is requested and necessary to fulfil the obligations associated with it or that we are legally required to collect. Without this data, we will not be able to respond to your request, or the exercise of your legal rights (e.g. guarantees) will be compromised.
Automated Decision Making and Personal Use of the Site
In order to best respond to your request, we do not use fully automated decision making according to Art. 22 GDPR. If we do use such processes in individual cases, you will be informed separately. Data protection information on social plug-ins
Our website does not currently use social plug-ins from social networks (Twitter, Facebook, etc.). If this should change in the future, the social plug-ins will only start transferring data once you have activated the buttons yourself.
Information on your right of revocation according to Art. 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
You can revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data given to AMP at any time. Please note that the revocation is only effective for the future. Processing carried out before the revocation is not affected.
Right of revocation in individual cases
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 e of the GDPR (processing of data in the public interest) for reasons relating to your particular situation; this also applies to profiling based on this provision in accordance with Art. 4 no. 4 GDPR. If you object, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or if the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
If we base the processing of your personal data on the balancing of interests, you may object to this processing. If you make such a revocation, we ask you to explain why we should no longer process your personal data as we did before. In the event of a justified revocation, we will review the situation and either terminate the processing of your data, adjust it or explain to you the compelling and legitimate reasons why we should continue to process your data.
Right of revocation of data processing for mailing purposes
In individual cases, we process your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of such advertising; this also applies to profiling, insofar as it is linked to such mailing. If you object to the processing for mailing purposes, we will no longer process your personal data for these purposes.
