EPALINE by EPAFLEX
Polyester and polyether based TPU designed for extrusion processes and sometimes also suitable for injection moulding processes.
Epaflex’s Epaline line includes the following product series:
- Epaline 300 series (ester based)
- Epaline 700 series (ether based)
Epaline - 300 serie
The Epaflex 300 series includes saturated polyester-based TPUs for extrusion with high physical-mechanical properties.
Thanks to production technology that allows for significant batch-to-batch repeatability, Epaflex is able to produce with very precise IF/MVR ranges.
The 300 series is produced with a hardness range between 78 Sh A and 50 Sh D.

Epaline - 700 serie
The Epaline 700 series comprises Polytetramethylene Ether Glycol (PTMG) based TPUs with excellent physical-mechanical properties and excellent resistance to hydrolysis and microbial attack.
Epaflex’s Epaline 700 series is produced with a hardness range between 75 Sh A and 95 Sh A.
