Flexible and rigid vinyl-based formulations for a wide range of applications. Properties adjusted to the need, such as hardness, heat resistance, impact resistance, colour, and much more.
VINIKA™ is the brand name for vinyl compounds, including flexible (PVC-P) and rigid (PVC-U) solutions.
The flexible range (PVC-P) includes phthalate and phenol free solutions with low VOC (Volatile Organic Content).
The rigid range (PVC-U) is formulated without lead

SURFACE FINISH
VINIKA™ is known to produce consistent surface appearances, with different finishes, ranging from satin to gloss.
It is available coloured in the mass, but can easily be coloured by masterbatch as well.
In the automotive, industrial and construction sectors, formulations are tailored to the application. – ISO/TS 16949 certified –
- Electrical insulation properties.
- Intended for a wide range of applications, each formulation offers a level of property to specification.
- Rigid VINIKA™ formulations are certified NF T 54 405-1 according to NF132 : Extruded profiles with vinyl composition (PVC-U) for exterior use.
